Fortress Triangle for business
Destinations
The largest intact fortress town in the Netherlands, with harbour, windmill and old centre
Gorinchem was the military logistics centre of two defence lines and is today the lively base of the Fortress Triangle. The whole old centre lies within the ramparts: restaurants, meeting venues, the Lingehaven harbour and the Nooit Gedagt windmill all within walking distance. The Riveer ferry leaves from Buiten de Waterpoort, right in town.
